Since 1998, IASVS has provided dependable appraisal services to insurance carriers, TPAs, and independent adjusting firms. What began as a regional operation serving Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana has grown into a multi‑line appraisal partner supporting 25 states nationwide.
Our organization was built on three core commitments that continue to define our performance today:

To ensure accuracy and accountability, IASVS maintains a structured quality‑control process that includes routine audits and random re‑inspections. This system has allowed us to deliver reporting that is both technically sound and operationally reliable—meeting the documentation standards required by carriers and regulatory bodies.
In 2022, IASVS expanded its capabilities with AWL Virtual, enabling nationwide virtual estimates, audits, and reviews, including Alaska and Hawaii. This expansion allows us to support high‑volume environments, surge events, and remote regions with speed and precision.
In 2023, we further broadened our services to include commercial property damage appraisals, strengthening our ability to support carriers across multiple lines of business.
IASVS also provides Total Loss Valuation, Scene Photos, and Drone Imaging Services in select states, offering safer and more comprehensive assessments for complex or inaccessible losses.
